I crashed my carbon Specialized Diverge within a few minutes of purchase - on riding out of the bike shop :(
The frame cracked in 3 places: 2 cracks on the side of the crash, the 3rd on the opposite side.
Specialized, like Trek in your case, offered me a 20% discount...

My 2019 Trek Powerfly came with "cheap" plastic pedals (VP-536). I also have a pair of aluminum pedals (Hope F20) sitting on a shelf. But the "cheap" plastic pedals have worked fine (4,000 km so far). I doubt I would notice a difference if I installed the F20 pedals.
And because I worry...

My Trek Powerfly FS7 2019 cost me $5,700 Can (= 3680 pounds). If I was offered for free to trade my Powerfly for the Fuel EX-E - I would definitely say no to what seems to me an overpriced and underpowered e-bike.
Well, I finally checked my battery on my Trek Powerfly 2019. Unfortunately, the battery does not have that spacer.
But now I know my battery can't be upgraded.

Yes, but I think in some other posts, it was mentioned the 500 watt battery has more spacers (to compensate for its shorter length).
In other words, the length of the 500 watt battery with spacers = length of the 625 watt battery.
So maybe the 625 watt battery will fit in the 2019 Powerfly???
The Trek RIB Battery Alignment Procedure .pdf shows six T25 bolts: four T25 bolts at the top of the downtube, and two T25 bolts at the bottom of the downtube.
Are those the bolts you guys are saying we should replace with allen bolts?
And what is the equivalent size of the allen bolts we need...
So I guess you had to replace the fork to fit the 29er wheel. How much travel do you have on that fork?
And can I ask, exactly what did you replace the rear shock with? And it fit, without having to do anything else?
I checked my Trek Powerfly 2019 - the lock has the same free play as noted in the video. But after a year, and 2000 Km, my battery never fell out.
Instead I have been concerned about possibly not being able to unlock the battery - as since about a month, I have to turn the key at least 2 times...
Have you had the bike for 90 days or less? Because if this is the case, and you purchased the bike using a credit card, your credit card company may cover the cost of the damages.
So I would call your credit card company.
So I yesterday finally installed the new brake pads (Shimano metal).
The hardest part (as you and others have alluded to) was centering the rotor inside the caliper.
The "trick" posted everywhere of loosening the caliper bolts, and re-tightening them while squeezing the brake lever did not work...

But I also got new brake pads - metal ones from Shimano. You are correct, my bike came with metal pads.
I wanted to try resin ones as you suggested; but none of my 3 local bike shops had any Shimano...
So I think you guys are correct - there is indeed a problem with my front disc brakes.
Yesterday, they started squealing again, though not nearly as loud as before.
But more concerning, today I felt on 2 occasions, the sound/feel of metal on metal when I applied the front brakes.
I don't know...
