I have had mine for a little while now and agree about the suspension, but have also experienced the same with out-of-the-box Fox 36 in the past...the emtb 'tune' is likely geared towards heavier riders, so I'm at 15-20 psi below the recommended for my weight and it made it a little...

Any chance you heard when they might make the firmware available directly to customers (i.e. not though dealers)?
