It along with a 2.5wt Maxxis Agressor on the rear has helped quite a bit. I also put the shock in position 4. My medium came with 165mm cranks and that's also a plus.
I have the A30 coil and I really like it alot. I came off a 2019 Focus jam2 plus pro. The Focus was a trail bike and was a bit more playful for me. I don't get rowdy but I still like to hit small jumps and drops.

I have a 2022 A30 coil Altitude and I am not fond of the Rockshox Dominion forks. They are heavy and lack the performance of a Zeb or Fox 38. I found a great deal on a Manitou Mezzer Expert 180mm I couldn't pass up. Has any of you guys/gals tried a 180mm fork on you Altitude? Rockey mountain...
If your bike is a 2022-2023 you may wanna try a custom profile. It totally changes the ride system. Adding Boost will make a huge difference. It lowers the need for a higher cadence to get power. That's been my experience anyway.
So far I am happy with 30%, 50%,70%, and Ludacris with +2 boost. Gets me through everything with ease... Haven't made up a B profile. I haven't had the need. I should add this is on a 2022 a
