It's quite a long laborious task, especially when you're OCD won't allow for any bubbles etc. I've done about five bikes now and I'm always battling against the sunset by the close of day 😂 I also have a 3 and 1 year old so rarely get time to myself. How fast do you do a bike??

My M10 arrived last week and I've just spent the day invisiframing it! The original frame that I received went straight back under warranty for several paint issues. This one, albeit not perfect, is a lot better! The colour in the sunshine is truly outstanding! Cannot wait to take it for a spin!!!

Tbh, the raw carbon look on these frames doesn't appeal to me. It does look pretty bad but I guess the lighting conditions will make a significant difference highlighting the carbon fibre weave also? I'm assuming the actual final gloss coat is smooth though and not rough which is how it looks...

I've waited around 7 weeks for my frame replacement from Orbea. What's the usual average wait time for a replacement frame? I was told custom frames take longer which I understand however my custom frame was all one colour so that doesn't wash with me

I've emailed them probably seven or eight times regarding various things and each time I've had a reply within 24/48 hours. The quality of my bike when it arrived was not great but it's been replaced and I was compensated for the inconvenience. I cannot fault their customer service this far 👍🏻
