Wheels are a great upgrade, the Raceface ones are too soft and "compliant" for me, nice stiff carbon ones are the way to go, Reserves are brilliant (on I9 hubs of course.)

I'd have loved to have bought the new heckler with a Bosch, but I cant see it happening any time soon. I was close to buying the Crestline (almost the same as a Heckler lol) but just no support yet in the UK. I can see a lightweight in the future for sure, maybe with the TQ motor?

Funily enough it was silent on Sunday, so maybe the extra grease, the fork swap the way the wind was blowing helped?

Glad i'm not imagining it then. When i swap the forks out this weekend i'll use the thicker grease then on the bearing cups.

Chaps / Chappettes, I'm getting the odd cracking noise under hard knocks (occasional) this could be fork related but looking at the bearing cup or lack of bearing cup in the frame (where the bearing sits) it's not exactly smooth or tight fitting for my liking. Does anyone else seem to think this...

Could you ask a wheel builder to build in some more compliance? Or put a 2.6 on? (marginal difference i know)
