I agree that having the option to return the bike would have provided the best service/outcome. I take full responsibility for stripping the motor bolt holes. I know I should have not had to deal with that in the 1st place though. At the end of day it was less painful for me to sell the bike at...
I actually like all of my bikes when they are new and working. I ride 300+ days a year and always like having a 2nd backup bike. I'm 6ft 1in tall/140lbs and think the S5 Levo is the best geometry out. The XL Santa Cruz Bullit/Heckler second. Tired of all the Brose and Shimano issues so wanting...
Just noticed that my most recent Heckler was my 13th e-bike. Wondering if that had anything to do with the bad luck, lol.

Just ordered a Crestline RS50/75 from a local bike shop. Say's in stock and should arrive next week. Only adding the AXS dropper to it. Really excited to try out the Bosch Gen 4 Race Motor!
That totally sucks! I know my current bike is repairable but I simply lost interest in buying a $13k bike last week and not been able to go on 1 ride with it. I'm also selling my 2023 Heckler that I purchased in December. Just want to move forward.
Thank you for this! Yes, my next bikes will have a Bosch motor! Right now getting ready to order one of the Crestline bikes. My 2nd bike will most likely be the Trek.
I liked the stopping power of the MT7's but had reliability issues with the little metal clips popping out of the levers on a lot of rides. Also tough to set them up perfectly so there is no noise with the rotors hitting the pads.
Thank you! Nothing more frustrating than buying a brand new bike that I can't ride.
I already had a AXS dropper post from a previous bike and actually prefer the SRAM Codes over the Magura's and the DT Swiss Hubs over the i9's.
I'm colorblind but told the lettering is pink. :)
