    Fork recommendations for e140 400

150mm Lyrik would be my choice. Stiffer than pike or 34

    e160-775

The Shimano BT-E8036 630wh battery is specified as weighing 3.7kg. I cannot see a 745wh battery on the simplo website, but they do list a 720wh and 750wh battery pack weighing in at 4.2kg & 4.3kg respectively, i would assume then an increase of 0.5-0.6kg on this model.

    Merida 2021 eOne Sixty 8000 EP8 Carbon

Does that side stand tie the seat stay to the chain stay? It looks like it does... but it is hard to make out the picture? FYI, there is a pivot on these two parts above the rear axel and they need to move independently

https://bike.shimano.com/en-NZ/product/component/shimano/EW-AD305.html Perhaps one of these may help with plugging in the bits off the norco?

Merida has consistently jacked up the prices and lowered the specs in the passed couple years. If you want to get the bikes together I can see what adjustments are possible via my laptop? You can confirm my tool will plug-in if the port on the screen is the same size as your E8000.

    220mm Rotor

Very good. Do you still have the conical washers on the caliper bolts? These are not required with this style of adaptor - ideally you will want an M6x18mm bolt with just a flat washer.

I'm sure its possible. I have a SM-PCE02 adaptor and etube on my laptop, i might be able to plug in and help with this. I know the new motor uses a new wiring/di2 cable for the motor which is smaller diameter.... does this mean there is also a new datalink adaptor required?

Yep this display is junk and doesn't have Bluetooth. Not fit for purpose in my mind - depending on how the bike is advertised you may well be within your right to ask for a upgrade. You will have to upgrade the display to gain Bluetooth and access this functionality

    For sure, ultimate combo ?

    220mm Rotor

Couple of pics. Magura rotor, XT 4 pot caliper, sram 40mm adaptor bolted down with m6x18mm Ti bolts. Fits great. Just popped a new damper on the fork so can't wait to test it out together. ?

    220mm Rotor

For reference the Magura 220mm MDR-P weighed in at 240g, 60g increase over the 203mm Shimano RT-66 at 180g

    220mm Rotor

My Magura 220mm arrived last Monday. I have fitted to the wheel but currently have the lowers off my fork to service etc. I will take a picture when i put it back together in the next day or two.

    220mm Rotor

Let me know your feedback. I'm tinkering with me bike while injured and unable to ride, might pop the bigger rotor on ?

    220mm Rotor

I was going to go with a Magura MDR-P 220mm 6 bolt rotor. Looks great, thicker and floating type. You will need a +40mm post mount adapter such as this - Cleanskin Post Frame Or Fork To Post Caliper Brake Mount Largest that Shimano make is 203mm, so you're basically looking at 220mm from SRAM...

2021 EoneSixty " foam, motor protection"

Now you mention it, this is the likely purpose IMO. Trying to dampen some noise.

2021 EoneSixty " foam, motor protection"

I can't see this being necessary or useful at all, how about just remove it?

It should have 2 fitted, punch the serial number into trailhead to confirm. I fitted a gnar dog which is 2.5 tokens, gave a little extra ramp up. Megneg would be good. Softer to begin with and then a lot more support, can tune to your liking with the bands
