Do you mean when you have the shock off the bike with the link attached that there is some play between shock and link? If so, mine was like that from new, so I don't think it's an issue. As long as there is no play when everything is attached together.

Still waiting for shock. In the meantime I've been running the original deluxe. Honestly I think it feels better than the coil. I am not sure if that's because the bike just suits air better, or if I did not have the correct spring rate on the coil. I'll do some experimenting when it's back.

Warranty approved. Should have it back by the end of next week.

Question for you Whyte e160 folks. As mentioned above, my shock has popped itself. It's been offered a loan of an air shock from a pal, but it's 60mm rather than 57.5. Pros/cons? Look like plenty of clearance.

Shop has a shock with exactly the same issue on a non yolk bike.

I'm intrigued about the mini remote. Where are you going to put the big one? It's my one gripe with this bike. It's a horrible remote in a daft, vulnerable location. You're going to love it I'm sure. Absolutely adore mine!

This is the bit I mean. If you look under the shock yolk, you can see this poking out slightly. This makes me think mine is in the high position. Not at home tonight, but I'll take a photo tomorrow.

Just got mine a few weeks ago. I went for Charger 3, Bomber Coil and TRP DHR Evo. Such a good bike! I also took the spacer out of my Zeb and it definitely improved it a lot. Think I'll try my as a mullet soon too. Enjoy!

It fits. It doesn't clash with the charger (I hadn't even thought of this) and it only cost 55euro and 19 effing days of waiting 😂

In this case the styles are generally to allow access over fences that keep in livestock. But I take your point.
