How hard is it to pull out the hitch bar and slide in the insert for the rack?

I guess I should mention that I had one of these years before I bought my first ebike. My bikes moved around too much and occasionally a strap would come undone. That’s when I switched to my first Kuat.

I have had two friends have non Electric bikes fall off hanger racks. It’s not worth it. I’m in a group of more than 20 riders of emtbs never seen a hanger rack used.

Wow, I had no idea that they made racks that sit on the ball itself... that sounds SUPER sketchy!

In my honest opinion, anything except a 1-up or a Kuat NV is a joke. Why would I put 20k worth of bikes on anything but the best possible rack? I just replaced my eight year old Kuat NV Core with a new NV 2. Multiple repairs over the years with excellent customer service from Kuat.
