I was offered 50 quid on the 1st 1. told em it was an insult. 2nd bike was packed a bit better than the 1st 1 but the box was opened and the box was damaged leading too damage on the frame.

Told em I want bike protected properly. Just managed to get voucher for 20 quid out of em.took me 2 attempts though

I've sent 2 back full of scratches and damage. Waiting for the replacement bike to turn up. Week later and they have still not received it back yet.

I blame the courier company not taking any care with box.

rang crc today. told me got 1 on it's way to me. probably turn up damaged same as other 2 lol...

looking at this bike also if my 3rd 1 don't turn up...

not getting my hopes up now reading all these posts. refund and look at a different brand i guess...

will contact them tomorrow, no mention of discount.

when i rang last week they said 7 in stock. they were going to set 1 aside for me, not heard anything since. fingers crossed i do manage to get 1.

i'm waiting for my 3rd 1 to arrive having sent back the others due to damage. hope it turns up, site showing out of stock in medium.

iv'e just rejected my 2nd vr collecting it friday, then should get replacement end of next week. paint damage on both bikes.
