What particular trail? presuming around Wellington? Would be keen to have a look I ride single blacks (grade 5) and the occasional double black (6) on my Rail at the chch adventure park. Never really paid attention to what grade the bike was built for :ROFLMAO:

No offence but any crack (like the many on this topic) in a frame is a structural issue. In some cases filler has cracked in other cases the frame has cracked right through. Let's hope Giant has learnt some lessons for the 2023 Reigns and Trances

AXS is $1000 plus the battery adds some cost for sure. Lets remember as of right now you can't even get one in Australasia

The Retail in NZ if we had it would be $11,999. You have to remember it has AXS which bumps the price up a lot.

Evo cycles have pre orders open for the E+2 and E+3. Nothing about any other models. They also have 2023 trance's available for pre order too.

Either the shock is out of alignment or the frame is twisted. Definitely ask for a repair or refund.

Trance X kits are already up on ride wrap

because that’s what it says on the Giant Australia website. In hindsight that maybe just the TRX wheelset. Under hubs on the bike it just says Giant TRX hubs

On the Reign E+0 TRX wheels they are DT 240's I can't find any info on the E+1 TR1 wheels

I'd be asking for money back as the bike is not fit for purpose and start looking at another brand.. Keeping in mind you originally posted you only rode it for two weeks from new and its been at the shop for 7 months now. Under NZ law you'd easily get your money back.
