gen3 was released just 2y ago, i guess it's a bit too early. they could bump up the travel - 170/160mm - apart that, current model is just amazing, a lot of customisations, geo is one of the most aggressive anyway. maybe different motor ?

If they want to slash kenevo. Levo could have more travel (160/170mm)

can recommend RS Super Deluxe RCT additionally you have HBO now (in air shock as well) ebikes' suspension is inherently better (more grip) coz of the sprung/unsprung weight ratio, no need for heavy coil (unless you want to remove the rest of pop/playfulness?)

survived more that 3000km, I've changed cassette (Sunrace 11-46) and XT 11s chain coz it was stretched over .1 (I forgot to run few chains). at the end it still worked well (no skipping), but I didn't want to ruin front chainring as well.

So i had torque sensor issues on my Levo22, sometimes Levo was getting crazy and was pushing me hard for 5-10 secs (once per week) even when I wasn't pedalling ! but more often (almost on every ride there was a moment like this), on climbs, I felt like I'm receiving HALF the power I should...

Do you need XD in fact? I run 11s 11-46 sunrace (with XT M8000 mech and shifter) but your bike came with Sram 11-50(52?) cassette? albeit heavy I guess

I have long travel link with extra strut on carbon S4, everything works. I'm not sure if that extra strut saves the shock - as all bending forces comes from yoke, but should help with overall rear triangle stiffness.

Did you use blind puller ? was this one enough? or the one with a lip? How about main pivot bearings? 6901. the same method? which tool ?

I have RS Super Deluxe Ultimate (which is below 500 eur) and it works amazing, don't see the point installing more expensive or heavier unit. if you ride aggressively I think coil is not progressive enough (or you run less SAG and/or have hydraulic bottom out).

i won't be changing links soon, but, you can easily calculate that, all info is available: travel, suspension leverage ratios, chainstays, front centres :)
