Not the common viewpoint, but basically I have to agree with you.
I don't know if a shock will last 10 years without maintenance, but I do agree for most of us (well, at least for me) maintenance costs will eventually amount to more than the cost of new shocks/forks.
Are you also referring to the Turbo Connect Display shown on the Specialized Canada website?
Turbo Connect Display | Specialized.com
Is the display visible in bright sunlight?
If it is true that from a legal standpoint you cannot allow purchasers of your bikes to change the wheel circumference; then from a legal standpoint you shouldn't be marketing and selling these bikes as dual wheel-size bikes.
Can Specialized Rider Care respond to whether there is a motor issue, and whether we should be concerned about purchasing the Turbo Levo 2019 at this time?
Do you mean to say the retailer can input the smaller wheel size (27.5") with the internal service tool. so that the motor can determine riding speeds correctly?
Do you know whether the maximum speed before motor cut-off will be smaller or greater with the 27.5" wheels?
Do you think Specialized could/will fix this?
So you turned on "shuttle mode" via the Mission Control app I presumed, and it worked?
I have learned that at least 1 member apparently in this community tried but could not make the shuttle mode work.
And up until your post above (thanks for responding!); you are the first and only person...
