I pulled the trigger on a Trek Fuel EXe 9.5 over the weekend. Trek dropped the price at least $1,000 on all models here in the US so I figured I'd build it up with the components I want and stretch the travel a touch to 160/146.
It doesn't look like any replenishment stocks are coming into Specialized. I've been waiting on an "In-Stock" notification on a S4 Expert for at least 2.5 months and check pretty regularly. The same colors and sizes continue to be out of stock.
Who's taking bets on new colors for 2024? I've been waiting for an "In Stock" notification on an Expert Gloss Smoke S4 for two months now. I'm assuming some other colors are on the way causing the delay. My next choice is the Satin Mystic Blue from the Comp Carbon but I really want GX AXS...
From my days riding Orbea and Shimano EP8's, the side to side play was a common gripe and generally accepted as normal so long as it was only a couple mm. It wouldn't suprise me if these motors weren't similar. I think if you can notice it while you ride, it's too much.
If you Google "Full Suspension Turbo Tero", you'll find listings for the Turbo Tero "X" with this frame design. If you click on the ad though, it just directs your to the Specialized homepage.
I picked up my KSL Comp this week and already have it stripped down to the frame for Ride Wrap. I had no idea the "Gloss Smoke" color was raw carbon. I anticipated some sort of black but was pleasantly suprised at the raw finish. The parts install list includes:
Fox Factory 38 (Orange)

@jacksonj51 You give me hope that I can run my spare 210mm OneUp. I pick up my SL next week and figured I'd have to order a 180 to get by. I'm anxious to give a shimmed 210 a go.
You guys are absolute killing the responses on this. Much of what you're saying mirrors my own thoughts. With the more trail-focused riding that I do, the Levo will be more than enough. It's too bad the Levo SL hasn't had the geo and travel updates the Levo has. If the Levo SL was a 160mm...
If I talk about my home tracks, they're absolutely rocky/rooty singletrack with varying amounts of twists and turns. I don't need a full Enduro race bike but do enjoy the occasional Enduro race and jump line. It will see far more trail than Enduro/DH. Here's an example of my home tracks...
Any try to make the choice between the standard Levo and a Kenevo SL? I'm looking for capability but not necessarily max power. I'm coming from a Rise with 65NM and 540WH. Both of those figures were just fine, it was the frame and suspension that was the limiting factor. I would love a...
Most people try to stick with the same manufacturer for caliper and adapter, but you should be just fine mixing Sram and Shimano. I've done it plenty of times. The only hiccup I've had was with Magura adapters.
