I think you'll find that wheel models must play a part because the were two types of dt swiss wheels I was looking at, one rated at 120kg fully kitted against the other that is 130kg
So I would guess it must have something to do with it
Just my thoughts
I don't know who else uses them but I purchased a shockwiz to set my suspension up
Seems to work pretty well for me once you get the hang of it
Ming you that's for RS
Brose is a company that's been around many years in the electrical automation game
I can't see them letting the opportunity having one of the best Ebike motors slip away
They must be working hard to come up with a bullet proof sometime
It not ocd it just the correct way to prepare the chain
You only do it once
This can apply to all the branded products on the market
If you want there products to perform well I would do it for those aswell

I suppose the initial thing is getting the all the items together to do it but truthfully once the procedure is set up it's not really a big deal to do it.
I do it at the same time maintaining / servicing the bikes so no big deal really
I do exactly the same as you
I took the gamble and bought
an ultrasonic unit and a small crock pot, purchased two gx chains, the secret I recon is really getting the factory oils out of them so the hot wax/Teflon made up wax is applied and gets well into the pins to do it's job
And then...
Only the strongest survive i any business
Good leadership, good vision of the future
Look at Tesla cutting prices what an uprore that has caused for customers who bought the car late last year
I think the bottom line is greed
