Thanks for posting this chart, this morning I took my Ebb to work (I normally don't) and whilst riding I took my phone out (strava) and the speed on the bike was a lot higher 30.3kph vs 28.8kph on strava (GPS). When I first got my bike I measured the roll out of the 29x2.6 at 2330mm but now...

I think you could modify the Eco to get pretty close to Tour+. I had my Tour+ set at -2 assistance and my Eco at +3 assistance and the range estimation was almost identical. Can't say that was gospel though as I never rode fully in either mode to test distance.

Just to be technically clear, the Voima is not a newer smart system. The two systems on those bikes are exactly the same. Pole loaded the auto option rather than tour+. Trek uses Tour+ rather than Auto. As someone mentioned previously, any Bosch dealer in NZ can swap these over if you want...

There's a ride screen in the flow app? Wow I never knew.. I only use the app for updating the bike, and navigation with kommot once in a blue moon. Use Strava for all rides so can't help sorry.

My Rail is coming up 12 months as well. All software on the flow app is up to date and the motor/electrics are faultless. I'm not taking it to the LBS unless something is wrong. Bosch CX just goes and goes

lol, there are literally thousands of smart system bikes out there operating fine. To the OP I'd be taking the bike to a different dealer it sounds like an assembly issue.

On my rail with the same smart system (Kiox 300 not top tube controller) I never have any issue riding without the phone/flow app. Weird that it does flash up orange. As someone suggested try turn off the ebike lock within the flow app? Could also be worthwhile looking into your application...

Now with the latest smart system update I can finally lower the power in Tour+. My Eco stays at +2 Power Torque at 70nm Tour+ is now -2 Power and Torque at 75nm

Here in NZ a "S-Pedelec" is classed in the same space as all other ebikes. It just has a higher top speed (45kph) but you can ride them and use them in all the same areas as a normal bicycle and ebike. If normal (non-electric) road bikes and commuter bikes can do 45kph on the road why should...

If you have smart system and the flow app, the firmware to updates all modes is already out.

I'm on 1.11.6 its the latest as far as I'm aware
