I really don't see how you can come out with a sweeping statement that the Shimano motors do not work and are not ready for public use! You may prefer the system from an alternative manufacturer, but that doesn't mean the Shimano one doesn't work....

One wish from me after ~10 rides with the (awesome) app @vadII - could we have a manual pause/resume option for a ride?

I've not tried the Bosch, but have an EP8 in my 2021 Merida e140. If has 3 x configurable options - Assist Character (1-10), Max Torque (1-10) and Assist (1-5), with each of the 3 being set separately for the Eco, Trail and Boost modes, and for each of the 2 x profiles. I think that the latter...

@vadII - would it be possible to add configurability to allow users to select the data that appears on the dash & map screens? Not chage the format/layout, just the fields that are displayed.

I'd be interested in this too, as I really don't like that gap with the foam being visible - shouts water ingress to me...

@KuRi - Have you got any more details on that mount for the cubot? Looks like a great setup (though ideally a Wahoo version for me as I've got mounts on all of my bikes for my Elemnt!!).

I'm hoping to be able to pick up my Merida eOne-Forty 700 next Saturday (27th), so no suggestions from me yet :-)

Have you tweaked your settings any further since those initial changes?
