Quick test ride today to fine tune everything. Wasn’t happy with the spacers and the shifting yet. Lost the chain on the top sprocket 2 times but finally did the right adjustments. But now I am happy

I absolutely understand. But I really like my bike!

After replacing almost everything by myself… Not gonna lie I am a bit proud of myself. Changed the wheels, freehub, cassette, derailleur, shifter, saddle, headset, fork, pedals. Also went tubeless. Next step will be damper, brake discs, brake lever and grips.

I highly disagree with the „don’t use the turbo mode“ rule. The turbo is there to use it and I want to have fun without being absolutely exhausted after 2-3 climbs. I try to keep my heart rate at 140-145. Turbo mode is a blessing there. I also sometimes use the turbo to get out of some corners...

Hey folks, maybe you can help with this one: On my new fork I have a Post Mount 6 mount for brake discs with the diameter 160 mm. I drive 203 mm and need an adapter, which I have also already bought. Unlike Post Mount 7, here the adapter is screwed directly to the fork and the brake caliper...

The software with the gear ratio comes from the bike manufacturer. In my case, Haibike. They set the parameters and for the local bike shops, the fields in the software where you actually set those parameters are greyed out. The shop just puts the right software into the motor. That’s it.

I only know that in germany you can buy them on ebay for like 600-700€. Funny thing is: most of those sellers will set up the gear ratio you need. My bike shop cant do that :D

I just use some ODLO skiing equipment. Base Layer & Mid Layer if it is cold. I do also have a Wilson Staff Rainjacket that i wear when its raining. But if the temperature goes over 12°C, i just wear my Nineyard longsleeve and i am good to go :D

Bought the non Oil Slick Version of the Nukeproof Horizon Pro Sam Hill Downhill Flat. 60€ was too great of a deal!

Using an air compressor is exactly what I won’t ever do. Too high of a pressure.

As James said, be careful because UK is not in the EU anymore :D Sometimes you can get lucky and your order doesn´t get stuck at the customs. But its a gamble basically. Make sure you dont exeed the 135 pound price tag to be safe...

So getting the pedals from wiggle for 60 would be ok and its not a scam i guess :D I will buy those. I think they will fit nicely to my bike. Or what do you think?

I only want the Nukeproof SAM HILL ENDURO RACE (Oil Slick) because of the coloring. They cost 120€. Is Chainreactioncycles trustworthy? I never heared about that website before but they sell the pedals for less than other shops here in germany. Okay: copper version looks nice too. But which...
