63, retired and if we (the gaffer and I) do 30 miles when we're out we think we've done ok. We're getting fitter, or were until recently, so this hopefully would get better. Mostly forestry roads, canal paths and the like but I like having the ability to wander off piste if the mood takes me...

I have a stem top mount on mine but used the reversed bar mount idea on the bosses bike. Can't remember where I saw it done but it's one of those simple but " why didn't I think of that" solutions.
