Nice weather at Marsh Creek.
Bit too high for a rollover.
Had to duck even with the seat down
Good sittin rock
Took a wrong turn at one point and ended up climbing a rocky narrow trail, then got a leg cramp in the quad. Ok let me just stand here in the middle of this trail for 10 min until...
Rode all the trails at Nockamixon on Sunday. Even rode the one I crashed on a couple months ago. Nice day if a bit muddy in some (many) places. Nothing like what I've seen here from the UK riders.
Hadn't ridden my MTB (hardtail) since I got the EMTB almost a year ago. Brought it out last month on a trip to a trail system where e-bikes are prohibited. Rode fine but i did miss the 29" wheels since this one is just 27.5. The lighter weight was nice. For flat asphalt/gravel trails I use a...
I checked a few manufacturers websites. In additional to your document showing Fox recommending clamping the upper portion, PNW says you can clamp top but bottom is preferred. Crank Brother says don’t clamp on the top, below the collar only. Several others I checked had no recommendation at all...
I just picked up the Park Tool PCS-10.3 as my cheaper Amazon stand has gotten on my last nerve. The clamp would no longer support the bike and refused to tighten enough. BTW, that is a PCS-10.3 in your picture, different clamp than the 9.3 and includes the little tool tray.
Taking a vacation at Raystown Lake in central Pennsylvania so I got a couple days on the Allegrippis trail system.
No ebikes allowed so I had to take my analog hardtail.
Most of the trails are not rocky like this, they are fast and flowy but who stops to take pictures when you’re flying...
Installed a Kuat NV 2.0 rack on the car so now i don‘t have to powerlift the bike over my head to put it on the roof rack. Pic shows hitch installation I did in a buddy’s garage.
EDIT: I suppose you might want to see it finished.
Well, you’re not wrong, and every weekend kayakers block the bike trail dragging their boats from the canal over to the river to keep going. :cautious:
Despite how the canal looks here, the Valley Forge trails were super dry and dusty today. Took a friend around some (he’s got a Powerfly hardtail) and we managed to get some riding in between the coughing fits.
I heard good reviews of both Invisiframe and RideWrap. I chose the latter simply because I’m in the US and it could arrive faster. If I was in the UK, I’d probably go the other way just for convience.
