I wouldn't mess about, go to A&E, get it E-rayed, if not broken it may need a boot and some weeks rest before starting physio. It may also be nothing, but why...
Another vote for the Giant Reign, have an E+1 and it feels unshakable when hammering down trails.

So went with the Hopes, chunky at 2.4 kilos but hopefully that translates to strength. Put a Nukeproof Ard on the back for good measure. €550 all in, happy with that.

New to this, anything wrong with inserting the battery at home, sticking it on the rack and driving to the trails, versus inserting it at the trailhead?
The 2 Bike rack is rated for ebikes.
Can someone advise what is the procedure for using contact cleaner after a spin when cleaning the bike?
Do you spray both battery contacts once removed and contacts in the frame?
Leave to dry naturally or wipe off?

Have always used a two bar mounted Maypole scissor rack. Never an issue with a 15kg bike, but concerned that having 25kg hanging off it will be too much stress on the frame. Worst case scenario is the frame actually getting dented in those areas.
