I lived in A tiny village in France for a while ...... many of the narrow alleys were covered in the stuff . usually the smallest dogs produce the biggest dumps .

The Expanding leads are a menace ...walker on one side of path , dog on other ..trip wire between them.....Oh goodness me says owner as they try to persuade pugface to reel in lead and let me past.

Big disadvantage of mudguards ..kept the mud off me but stuck it to the tyres instead.
Carrying an E bike plus mud is no joke for us oldies!! amazing how there are no sticks/old branches when you need them.
After this thread I ask "Why do I love E MTB-ing?" The alternative is boring and unhealthy.
Just keep buying more body armour and locator beacons.!!:D

Dog owners should have to prove they have their own shit area for the dog before being allowed to buy......a nearby bridle path should be renamed "Dog Shit Ally " judging by the dog walkers on there today....
