I think they do a deal with bike manufactures because the retail version have different coloured Maxxis logos on them.
some brands do "ebike" tyres that are supposed to have less rolling resistance but from what I gathered...
on my bike I have
Front Tyre // Maxxis Assegai WT 29×2.5in 3C MaxxGrip EXO+
Rear Tyre // Maxxis Minion DHR II 29×2.4in 3C MaxxTerra DoubleDown
1050 miles on them so far, about 600 on tarmac cycle paths and gravel paths.
I've got another set of the same tyres too but don't think I will need...
I'd get the Orbea wild for the Bosch motor.
mainly because My current Bike is Bosch and in my country there seems to be a lot more places to diagnose/warranty a Bosch motor than there are specialised/brose

yea the stock saddle ain't the best, I swapped mine out for the Ergon E-MTB saddle which is amazing even to sit on for 4 hours of riding :D really expensive though.
The default saddle that came with the bike started to hurt after about 30-45mins.

Shimano current gen motors arent exactly known for reliability.
With any Ebike though you should keep in mind the gears your using at low speed. people stress the motors in gears they would never be able to start off from on an analogue bike.

I live in a tenement apartment which basically means a flat but as you enter the door it's house stairs straight up to the living space, apart from a small cupboard inside the door for coats etc.
My bike just has enough space inside the door.
