I think I can safely get my K1 Voima down to 23-23.5kg with some part swaps. That includes some new carbon wheels I'm building up using DT Swiss 240 hubs with Berd spokes. Going to switch from DH casings to double down. and a few other things like that. And that weight is with using the 750wh...
You've missed the point of my post, your original statement was that a Voima is only for tall people. I'm 5'8" with a short inseam. I have zero issues riding a K1 frame size. Your post was inaccurate, then you post about a MITH saying that long travel ebikes with low standover exist. And again...
The MITH has what I would consider a long seat tube length which is something else to consider if you're that worried about stand over height. It's 40mm long than a similar frame size Voima for example. The smallest S1 frame has a 440mm seat tube. Their S2 has 460mm and the S3 jumps up to a...
So do you have to arch your back when you're standing to get your ass to get under the front of your saddle to be able to realistically meet these supposed standover heights that your showing?.....lol
Why don't they show that standover height at the middle point of the reach which is usually...
At the price point you're considering I would at least go to your local Orbea dealer and see what they would sell you a Wild M-Ltd for. It's a great bike and is highly reviewed and has won two ebike shootouts that I can think of.
We sell Orbea and I know that they are offering dealers bikes at...
I work at a shop and we get them in all the time, IMHO there's nothing special about them. They're not a bad bike, but nothing that makes it an awesome bike. I guess that's why I would have a hard time justifying that much for one.
Other than just the frame itself, there's zero reason why a...
That's so crazy to spend that much on a Trek. I didn't get a Crestline because I went with a different option but definitely contact Crestline to see if anyone local in your area is a dealer. At the very least you'll save $1200.
Also, do you not have a good local shop that would at least...
"Lifetime warranties are the dirty little secret of the bike industry. Most of the time, it actually means the lifetime of the product, and then it's up to the manufacturer to determine what they consider the lifetime of that product. So, if bike brand X states that they consider the lifetime of...
WeAreOne Convergence wheel build with Berd Spokes and Onyx hubs, very nice setup. The mechanic at our shop just did a similar build but used I9 Hydra hubs. It's crazy how this wheels feel with the Berd spokes.
New Fluid VLT with the light weight Bosch motor.
Hopefully the Sight and Range switch to the Bosch CX too.
It always seemed weird that they used Shimano seeing that they are the Canadian distributor for Bosch.
Blister just did a MTB brake shootout review and the new Hope Tech 4 V4 were highly praised by them, I’ve sold three sets to customers, one whom was just on MT7’s and he also really loves the new Hopes and was happy with the switch.

Sorry but Miranda cranks are shite.
I’ve broken two sets of them, complete garbage. One set was two months past warranty and they wouldn’t do anything about.
