I did take photos of the bike with the upgrades in the box, what they are now telling me was that because they were unaware of the upgrades at the time they booked the pickup they cannot do anything as it was only insured to the value of the bike
Hopefully DPD will be able to locate the bike, they have asked to allow up to 6pm on Friday.
Obviously I won’t be able to respond to any reply after 4.30pm.
If we can allow them to complete the investigation at their end I can then speak with my manager and we can take it from there...
So I had an error on my e-one sixty and had to send it in for repair under warranty, je james cycles arranged the pickup from my house through dpd on the 21st of May, and now 10 days + later they say dpd has lost my bike but not to worry as its covered, what I was wondering is are the upgraded...
