Hi guys, I'm a bit worried because in checking the health of the battery I noticed that it dropped by 5% in a few days... thats crazy because in 1 year have just dropped 2%... and now in fews days... 5%
what do you advise me to do? did any of you happen?

Took it in to the Giant dealer, they inserted a shim.

saw some problems with the Fhatom E+0 2020 ( 2 months of life) keep turning off during ride. the system keep turning off suddenly. Turn it on back, it will off again!
any solution for this?

Is just my feeling or with the latest update my fathom 2020 finally from level 1 to level 5 have finally five different engine thrust levels ( until the old firmware I had the feeling that except level one the others level were all maximum power level)now using it at level two it really seems...

I can push to 100% again?
I only went below 10% once time yesterday, and I only recharge full before a long ride .
I keep the battery (from 40 to 70%...
