I agree, finding info was a chore, I ended going with MBE because we do a lot of shipping with them... Also if I'm not wrong I've seen battery rentals from some local bike shops at around 12-15€ a week

I don't have a photo fo the package, but it was a special container covered with stickers. Shipping 4kg from spain to germany in 3 days is pretty cheap, not 119€ with a business discount included. I'd say it was properly treated.
