Could be a similar reason as why it won't work quite right with my Vado: it was designed for the eMTBs, and even though the other e-bikes are similar, the details are different. Paolo might have to do a lot of work to support bikes that he doesn't personally have access to.

The battery health is 100%. It is new. How do your software get this value. Do you actually read the value '450' from the bike, or do you read a code or model number and look it up in a table?

Mine's brand new and showing 450Wh instead of 504Wh. I'm pretty sure the app is getting this by identifying the battery by its id code, which might not be up to date in the app. Note below that it shows 100% charge, 450Wh:
