Kenevo 2020 here. My motor was replaced in 2021 due to failure. Now in 2023 bearings in my motor started to be noisy so I have visited LBS and they told me that the 4 year warranty is only for the first motor replaced in 2021. This is so confusing, we need someone from Specialized to clear this...

Hi what about Kenevo gen2? I have 2020 expert model which is the same as 2022 except the mastermind. Lets say my tcu is broken and I would like to buy a new one?

Frame kit is with batt and motor. But actually they could sell frame only as you can move motor and batt from the gen2. That would be nice.

Looks like Kenevo - sort of. For sure current Kenevo has a lot to do with that new frame design.

No soldering just change the harnes. Plug and play. Should work.

They only showed the most expensive models so that's why everyone is judging their price. If the alloy comp was released everybody would talk about it as it is the best bang for the buck.

Price is a price, but in essence new levo is just a new frame. There would be lots of people willing to buy just the new frame and move motor and the rest of the stuff from the old one. Great idea, but it will never happened.

So can it be done the other way to get that fancy waterproofing for a gen2?

Any independent youtuber that already tested the bike vs gen2 and gen2 Kenevo? I always hear that this is game changer, revolution, totally new bike - but come on this is not a revolution. It's the same motor/batt/kinematics with a Kenevo like frame. If you own a gen2 Kenevo would it be really...

Current Kenevo is 1.5 years on the market and we are looking for a new gen? Thats is quite fast. But yeah will they still sell current Kenevo with the old TCU when the new one fits?

In Red Bull riders top 5 ebikes - they choose Kenevo expert 2021 as the best emtb. Still the best one in my opinion too.

Just because this is so called face lift not a new gen. Same motor, battery, kinematics. You can get all the info from new TCU displayed on Garmin and ina much better way as it is hard to look at TCU while riding.

To me it is Levo 2.5 rather than 3.0. Nothing really exciting. Tcu might be nice but if you use garmin you already have that.
