@trekRailIRL Since the update I recorded my ride in Flow now its recording HR data and then exported it as a FIT file and manually uploaded to Strava and Garmin to prove that the data was being stored correctly.
Now that I know it can do this I'm gonna turn on my Garmin connection to Strava to...
Yes - i have a gen 5 rail with just the system controller and updated yesterday and after my ride I had the data showing for my ride in the Flow app. The only thing having the kiox adds is that you get the notification during your ride of a jump, etc on screen.
@emtbPhil I've updated and did a ride this evening in the flow app and exported my ride as a FIT and imported into both Strava and Garmin and they both show heart rate data, cadence and power data
Hi
Don't know if you fixed this but found that the tool for the cap and replacements are available here:
https://www.totalbleedsolutions.co.uk/collections/hope-1/products/hope-e-bike-crankset-captive-nut-tool-cap-silver-hc107-09ts...
Been lucky with mine - nearly 5 years in and 10.5 km and on original motor with a rebuild last year when water got in - thankfully Ebike Motor Centre was able to fix the board and replaced the bearings and a couple of bits and still running strong!!
I know this is a weird one but I had a similar issue with my Pinnd crank - turns out the the top cap on them are reversed threaded - have you checked to see if the hopes are the same?
I'm just speculating as this is how Specialized seem do to it as they did that last gen and with the current Stumpy where they released the top spec ones first and have only just announced the alloy range.
Trek also do this as the alloy rails are at least one generation older than the carbon...
I expect when they do launch that Gen4 will be S-Works and Pro only with maybe the expert later (about 6 months after launch) - I expect that the alloy bikes will all stay Gen3 for quite a while before we see any Gen4's (mayby late '25 or even '26)
Looks like the only update that we'll see now this year is the update to the SL with the new Genie shocks:

I guess this is a glimpse into the spec for the gen 4 bikes when/if they arrive!
In the video showing the ONE77 theres this shot it you look theres something blurred on the handlebar but the stem (think this is the new pirion 400 display)
2025 bikes are on their website now - looks like the new bikes have new Bosch Gen 5 as the motor area are photoshopped/blurred and the new display is blurred on the handlebars
