    Error 513. New motor time?

Hi all, Got a 513 error on my 2020 Rail this morning. From what I’ve read it looks like new motor time, internal cadence sensor fault. Annoyingly my bike is 5 days out of warranty. Has anyone has to pay to replace their Gen4 motor? If so what was the cost?

    Kiox security

I’ve got a Kiox retrofit kit to go onto my Rail. I am wanting to be able to remove the Kiox when the bike isn’t in use, and not attach the securing screw to the mounting plate, but have slight concerns about the unit becoming detached when riding hard. Has anyone had the Kiox come off whilst...

How often are people replacing chains/tyres etc on their Rails? I've replaced my chain and rear tyre after only 400 miles. Chain is cleaned and lubed after every ride. Is this the same as everyone else or do I need to treat it a bit better?

    Rail brake hose

Has anyone replaced the rear brake hose on a rail? Or have a diagram/pictures of how the hose is routed past the motor? I have a spare set of Saint’s I wouldn’t mind fitting but the hose is crimped to the fitting that bolts to the calipers so I can’t use the original hoses and it’ll have to be...
