Changed the cranks on my VItus E sommet VR after getting many pedal strikes riding at Coed y Brenin. What a difference. pedal strikes are few and far between. Don't know if this is a problem on other bikes with Shimano E8000 motors but it certainly cured my Vitus.
Just thought I would give the heads-up on this bike shop for any warranty and servicing requirements.
Purchases June 2019, my Vitus E Sommet VR threw up the dreaded E010 error and died. Yes it came from CR, enough said about warranty claims!
