E010 motor fault. Shipping to Germany took 2 weeks exactly. Uk YT Mill is open a closer option than Germany, had my bike a week and still trying to diagnose the fault, so currently service isn’t good, but hopefully they will get there.

4 week turnaround! Mine took 2 weeks to arrive in Germany, then a 4 week turnaround, and I got it back a week later, so just 7 weeks without a bike. Not too bad...... Unfortunately they didn’t fix it in Germany, so waiting another 3 weeks for UK Mill to open........ dropped it off, zero calls...

It did take 2 weeks to get there, so they've only actually had it 3 weeks, and Dan at YT said the current turn around is 5-6 weeks, so in effect I'm only halfway through the process. Should have it back in another 4-5 weeks. I did expect a slightly better service after spending £6k on a bike.

E13 told me I had the latest cassette too, but sent me a new one. Mine just jumps in 10th and 11th gears (2 smallest cogs), on the odd occasions 11th gear is selected. sent bike back to YT yesterday, so I’ll see what they come up with.

I was going to get a shimano freehub from E13, to fit existing wheel and fit an XTR 11 speed cassette, when my chain stretches 0.5. Unfortunately I’ve got error code E010, so it will probably need to go back to YT to sort. I’ll get them to sort out the gears too, they must of had them working...

Only drawback to buying a YT is its only direct sale from Germany, however there is strong rumours that YT are opening a UK HQ near Guildford Surrey, so if that occurs, YT will win hands down. I’ve got a YT with Shimano motor and it was super easy to de restrict using the STunlocker app.
