Unfortunately no photos and you wouldn't see it in a photo anyway.
But basically on the drive side only, the two bearing locators on the inside of the main swing arm spar, had worn, which made them baggy on the bearings causing play.
Apparently my case was the only one Pole had seen.
I believe...
I'm not sure there is a common denominator.
Because even the failures are not consistent.
As far as I can see, there are three different types of failure. Yon have the cracking around the top linkage, which is the failure that's been recognised by Pole, the delamination of the actual join, and...
Doesn't sound right, I have no play in mine.
You say there's play in the derailleur even with the wheel off.
Can you see where it's wobbling from?
If it's the whole derailleur and the derailleur hanger, it's loose in the frame. So you would need to tighten the hanger bolt on the outside of the...
We recently stayed at the Speech House, really nice and bike friendly, also right on plot.
Edit
Having said that just looked, we paid £80 last week, it's up for £103 this week!
Mate ordered his voima November last year and got it delivered last week.
I think if you held out another couple of weeks, you would have got yours. 😮💨
Where did you get the information that the top emtb mode in the list is the short crank option?
I only ask as my bike comes stock with 165mm cranks, and my bike is set to the second emtb down in the list.
As an experiment I loaded both emtb modes onto my bike so I could toggle between them...

In the end I put the AXS derailleur and pedals in my carry on and put my riding boots, jacket and trousers with the bike.
Ended up weighing 31.4kg.
The bag on its own was nearly 9kg.
Don't use the O ring, you don't need it and I think this is the main reason it comes loose.
I've been running 3 different bikes over 4 years without the O ring never any problems and never come loose.
I see you're in Surrey, it's worth a trip to Colchester to see Phil Seaton.
He is the UK Pole contact now and has both sizes for test rides.

I think the new size guide on the Pole website has been adjusted now, and it's pretty accurate now for me.
I ride a medium in most bikes and I would say the K1 is a medium.
That's problem with the coloured options, there can literally be hundreds of slightly different shades as it's not a colour it's a chemical reaction, and unless all the components are done in the same vat at the same time, there will be variation.
