Hi guys, i have a Bomber CR 216x63 (yes gives 20 mm extra travel without issues) with ohlins spring on my Jam2 for the past year or so and had no issues. One thing to note i have an L frame and not sure this works for M frames. I have a photo at this thread:

Yes i have coil for more than a year, Bomber CR with ohlins coil (shorter than others) and its way better than an air shock (i do DH as well so well versed with the advantages of coil). Check out the pic on this thread...

One thing to note i have an L frame and not sure this works for...
I can't have the shock mounted the other way round as the spring rubs on the bottom of the seat tube. So no option i'm guessing for M frames to have a coil as i haven't come across any shocks that have OD small enough.
Hey guys sorry about the delay.
For the offset shock hardware I'm using 2 mm offset on both sets but slightly angling so the spring is away from the frame.
Here's one pic closeup, can add more if needed. I have absolutely no rub marks after a year on this setup.
