Seems the original power cables last a month. Shame these weren't replaced prior to sale really. Would save our bother and not damage our faith or trust in the bikes.

So, it's been fixed, new power cable warrenty replacement. I've had a round the block test, first trip out it did this. Switched off and on again and it was fine though.

The bike has had like 7 charge cycles, so can't see it being opening or closing the connector.

Bikes done. Guess what? It was the Power cable, split and connector split at the motor end. Now there's a surprise.....

My bikes getting looked at today, hope they mend it and any parts needed are in stock.

Let's hope it's a one off and not a monthly trip to the Spesh shop then otherwise they can have it back.

I got mine from Je James in Chesterfield.

So, if the power cable only lasts a month, why the heck are they selling these bikes without first updating a cable they know will break? Utterly ridiculous

My 2019 Levo has gone to the Specialized Concept store in Chester. It won't turn on. Originally bought from Je James in Chesterfield early September Major dissapointed as it's failed after just 1 month.

Reading attached the thread, sounds like my 1 month old 2019 Levo expert is suffering the exact same issue. Press the on button, it beeps, there's a momentary flash of the lights in the display then nothing. The green lights on the battery come on too. It's in the Specialized Concept store in...
