Finally got round to do the update on my 2020 Levo Comp (2nd motor). It felt so much smoother in Eco on my 30 mile 2000 ft climb ride. I was convinced the update had increased my 15-25 Eco tune but it was still the same ! Didn't think an update could make so much difference in ride feel.

I have a 700 wh on my Levo which is good for a 3 to 4 hour ride with no range anxiety (2500 ft). My wife has 625 wh Trek and as she's a lot lighter we usually come back with the same % left. A lot depends on what % level triggers range anxiety. I get twitchy at 20% left so 700 wh suits me

My 2020 Levo Comp died on me on Friday after 2000 miles. Electrical fault sorted and motor replaced under warranty in 2 working days. That's what I call service !
Yes remove crank and then the plastic cover to get to the power cable. There is a tab/catch on the motor end plug that needs lifting up and then it can be pulled out. I had my 2020 Levo lead replaced under warranty as have many others on this forum. Of course there is always your LBS.
Your battery lights 1 & 3, 2 & 4 indicate a short circuit. Has it got wet at all recently ? In most cases it's water ingress into the power lead. Generally it will be ok again tomorrow. Might be worth checking the power lead for cracks at the battery end. A common cause for water entry and...
Thanks that's good to know. We both ride in similar modes and almost always end up with similar % battery remaining. The wife being 52 kg with a 625 battery and me on 92 kg with a 700 battery.
