Recently bought a, new to me, 2023 Focus Jam2 with 950km on it at auction. After a few days and even before my first ride i noticed a crack on the head tube. Focus warranty is only at the first owner i read online but what to do in this case? Weld, new frame and ask for some sort of goodwill...
