    Avinox M2S: 1,500W, 150Nm, and a PR Offensive

I'm just against over-regulation. Regulators love to see something and slap a set of rules on it...often, based upon the loudest complainer or group. As far as Avinox, I chose it in my new eMTB because it was a bit more future-proof than the older, more established motors. The M2S is smaller...

    Avinox M2S: 1,500W, 150Nm, and a PR Offensive

I know this thread isn't about driving...it's about personal responsibility with high-powered ebikes. I don't believe in a "nanny" state. There are regulators who fought for speed limiters on cars, the idea being why does anyone need to exceed the speed limit? I don't really agree with the...

    Avinox M2S: 1,500W, 150Nm, and a PR Offensive

Please read this in the spirit it is meant, as an example: I love toys, and have a car with 670hp and a truck with 720hp, both from the factory. I don't drive around with my foot on the floor, in danger of killing people at every turn. If I want to get rowdy and use them the way they were...

Just finished a good maiden voyage of my Dreadnought E. I have a few observations... 1) Faaaast over terrain. Truly rolls like a DH bike...very plush and planted (Tier 2 build...new Fox Factory 38). 2) The Avinox M2S motor EATS battery in Auto assist...but, I ran it in Eco since I wanted the...

I’ll try to get my daughter to shoot a photo of me astride both for comparison. I’m 5’9” / 175cm, and 32” inseam (81cm).

I don’t know if this helps…here are a few views of the S2 Dread E alongside my M Sender. They’re both MX wheels, and looks like the stack height is almost identical.

Hey Bart, I just posted and then saw your question. Definitely an S2. I'm 5'9" with a 32" inseam (giant guys, stop laughing 🤣), and the S2 looks and feels pretty big when I sit on it...but that being said, it rides like a medium bike. I won't measure reach etc. because I'll just screw it up...

Howdy everyone. (figured I'd throw that in there...I'm near Fort Worth, Texas). I'm 175cm (5'9" in my hemisphere) and the S2 feels and looks and feels big when I throw a leg over, but rides like a medium bike. It's got a tall stack height...in fact, it feels almost identical in dimensions to...

I thought I read somewhere that the M2S has more sound deadening.

I’ll have to check…it’s maybe a 180 with the S2-sized build…? But I’m pretty sure this translates to “you should have purchased the fast charger” 😂
