It took a bit for me to figure this out as I had to look in the 2022 manual to see why I was getting the #6 error when I turned on my 2019 Levo. So, I thought I would post this for anyone else that gets the error and can't find it in the 2019 manuals.

Out on a great ride, today and I hear two chain pops when I was pedaling and then no power and grinding gear sound from the motor. I had 690 miles on my 2019 Expert. The joy of pedaling an e-bike with no assistance is highly overrated.
