Broke the crank arms on my 2019 Levo HT - easy to replace?

I decided to replace with the slightly shorter version of the original arms to get me up and running quickly, but the problem is they aren’t exactly the same as the original. They go on fine, but there is no dust cap like on the originals. Does this matter? Does it increase the likelihood of...

New base model Levo HT 2019 - no handlebar remote supplied

Thanks. I guess the box should be taped down to avoid rattles?

New base model Levo HT 2019 - no handlebar remote supplied

Thanks again for the help on this. One of the the remotes turned up today. It is part number S194200007 which according to Google is the one for the 2019 models with the tube top display. Mine hasn't got that as it is the HT. I also received an extension cable (S196800011) which looks as...

Broke the crank arms on my 2019 Levo HT - easy to replace?

Fifth ride out on my new bike today and one of the pedals fell off! The thread was stripped off the crank arm, and the other one was much the same. I’m assuming that this is because they weren’t tightened up enough (the correct pedal was on the correct side!) Are these easy to replace like on a...

    Expected battery usage

Thanks. I made a bit of an error with the calculation there!

    Expected battery usage

Thanks. My ride last night was around 8km and used 15% of a 400 wh battery, so that is less than 3.5 wh/km. That seems very low, but as my average speed was higher than 16mp/h (26km/h) the time the motor was actually on was very low proportion of the 8km. I'll keep monitoring it over...

    Expected battery usage

I recently got my 2019 Turbo Levo HT, and am a bit confused about the battery life I am getting. My first ride lasted about two hours on riverside trails, not many hills. I had the motor turned off quite a lot of the time, but still had it on a variety of the modes to test it out and two cycle...

New base model Levo HT 2019 - no handlebar remote supplied

Thanks all. My Levo HT arrived yesterday, also without remote. I went out for a ride yesterday, and I'd definitely prefer to have the remote. Controlling from the battery is fine, but handlebar would be much better. I notice that some of the retailers have updated their adverts and don't...

Two red lights on start up?

Hopefully the last newbie question for tonight. When I press the power on button, I get two red lights and the rest green. The battery is (should be) fully charged. Is this a problem?

New base model Levo HT 2019 - no handlebar remote supplied

Thanks. That's a shame as I quite liked the idea of the remote! At least it means I haven't got to chase it up on Monday. Presumably the higher models still come with some type of handlebar control? I think we'll just get used to controlling from the frame itself. The only thing that seems like...

New base model Levo HT 2019 - no handlebar remote supplied

I have just bought a new base model Levo HT 2019 for my wife and it has arrived with no handlebar remote. I assume that it is standard and the dealar have just forgotten to fit it? I'll find out tomorrow as my men's version of the same bike arrives from a different dealer! A couple of questions...

Hello, and apologies for boring first post! (Insurance)

Thanks both, that's good advice. I think I'll stick where I am for now, as I've just renewed the John Lewis policy and no one else is so reasonable at providing cover on the rest of my contents (high value due to other hobbies!) The only disadvantage is that the whole policy is subject to a...

Hello, and apologies for boring first post! (Insurance)

Hi all. After a long break from cycling, I have just ordered two EMTBs for my wife and I. I'm hoping I'll finally have them this weekend (big problems with both online purchases have taught me to stick to local retailers next time!) What does everyone do for insurance? I have contents...
