Got a Norco Sight VLT with just over 100miles on it and both bushes came loose. One lost and one I found.
Norco simply told me to reach out to the bike shop.
Bike shop stated that the Norcos are not compatible with the new bushes and so ordered me the same type.

Yup, I asked the same, dealer eventually reached out and asked for $20 for the part and $20 to have norco ship it to them. Which I thought was bullshit, so I declined.
I’ll 3d print something in the mean time.
