I got myself a topeak e-booster digital mini. Its small enough to fit in to the frame stash of my Orbea Rallon, has a display and fills a 2,4" Tire about 4 times from 0 to 1.6bar with one charge.

I don´ t know for sure but for the Rallon RS it´ s possible, you can order the second link with your bike for 249€. No matter what Shock you choose. We´ll see when its available ;)

Seems like it .... the only way would be purchasing another linkage, but that will be some work to change it. From my experience with the actual Rallon the Full 29" Setup makes most sense if your always charging hard and searching for maximum speed and stability ... and with this bike hard...

Oh sorry I misled you a little bit about the climbing: Most of the time it will be an up- and down with 300-400 vertical meters in one climb (trails back down) and these climbs will be for 95% on alpine fire road

Because of the Motor?! They had to put it somewhere 😜 The Rallon RS has a way smaller one thats just slightly bigger than the standard bottom bracket. But even there they had to leave out the Gravity Link of the standard Rallon.

If Orbea does it like with the actual Rallon (why shouldn´t they?) then you can do it both ways .... route it through the frame or the headset.

That would be even better, but considering that the mid Tier Yeti Mte with a Tq60 and 580wh battery I tested last year was well over 21kg I think thats more realistic.

I hope for a Trail/Allmountain with 150mm in the back, Float X/36 Fork, a 600wh Battery and around 21/22kg. Should be enough to do around 1500 to 1800 vertical meters when going with 60-70Nm/350-400w … that would be perfect for my hometrails.

Seems like every M2s can get that race spec, but once you did the update there is no way back to the original spec.

They don´t need to be at the Taipeh Show or Sea Otter There will maybe more than enough bikes with the new motor ... think Avinox will launch the motor some time ahead of one of the shows and a big load of new bikes will be announced the days after: Atherton, Orbea, Mondraker, Whyte, etc. etc.
