    Santa Cruz Heckler SL

    Love the Cascade Link. Although it only increase travel to 156mm it feels a lot more than that!

    Switched from 165mm Stock to 155mm Cranks

    I understand the crank length is important for power and efficiency for road bikes and non-EMTB but with a motor I feel that we can get away with shorter cranks to increase clearance

    Santa Cruz Bullit build from bare frame

    Hmm... sourcing a motor and associated electrical parts is not going to be easy as Santa Cruz doesn't support after market rebuilds of their bikes. VPP went out in Model Year 2026 so yours is a 2024 or older model. I would start here...

    Switched from 165mm Stock to 155mm Cranks

    My new bike came with 165mm crank which is pretty standard with EMTB but after riding a couple trails I noticed more pedal strikes on climbs and steep descents so I ordered the same stock cranks but in 155mm length to try. So far so good on one ride but I do have to move my seat up another...

    Santa Cruz Heckler SL

    Upgraded this year to a lighter weight SL EMTB after riding a 55lbs full EMTB for a couple of years. Really enjoy riding a lighter bike (42lbs) and the reduce power and range isn't an issue as there is 13lbs less weight to lug around. The bike 2025 Santa Cruz Heckler SL R - Matte Blue...

    New to EMTB Forums from Canada

    Have been watching many of Rob's youtube videos but never realized there is an EMTB forum so here I am. I'm relatively new to mountain biking, started in 2022 when I moved to North Vancouver BC where everyone rides and trails are only 5 minutes away. I initially started with a basic hardtail...

    Lower headset 1.5 -> 1.8" conversion

    Great Job! Looks like I"m new to the "purchased the wrong fork club". When the fork was labelled "For EMTB" I didn't realize it really meant 1.8" taper... Do you have a CAD or STL file that you can share?
