Yes basically you have 2 sets of 3 adjustable ride modes

if you set profile 1 and 2 the same, they will be the same. Stock they are set up different, that's why they feel different..

Yes profile 1 is very tuned down stock, 2 is turned up a bit.. but not maxed.
