1500miles mainly muddy trails in West Cornwall 625w Battery never had Battery Enenvy average 30_40 miles per ride
Gen 4 Motor superb 160 Suspension great no problems with the bike at all.
Just had Cassette an chain replaced (Wear an Tear) lbs Truro...
I bought my 2016 Haibike from TRedz on they were very good.
6 months in my display was misting up Email pictures to them.
Then 3 days later a new one came in the post with a pre paid bag to return the faulty one
I have a Giant 1.5 pro with Pro sport motor same as Fathom.
My bike is fitted with 38Tx28T on inner that has worked fine for 12 month 1300miles and I replaced the full set last week.
