SRAM Transmission (on 2025 SC Bullit) chain grinding in big cogs

    I haven’t that I’ve noticed but that’s a good call.

SRAM Transmission (on 2025 SC Bullit) chain grinding in big cogs

Replaced no, but in the grand scheme of things it a relatively new bike, bought late last summer.

    New Magura bleed procedure

Magura have a new bleeding video on their YouTube, released a few months ago. I’ve used it with my MT7s and Gustavs and both rear brakes are now perfectly solid bite point. Funny thing is I can’t think of anything different to what I was doing before but maybe the ‘bleed the master, then bleed...

Totally £££overhauled££& my EMTB. New cleaning regime?…

I can highly recommend a hose on a reduced power, but enough to get the dirt off, and the Peaty's brush set. The bog brush in particular is superb. I use their Loam Foam but Muc-off's equivalent is fine too.

SRAM Transmission (on 2025 SC Bullit) chain grinding in big cogs

Is this normal? The chain stretch on the top three big cogs seems quite intense so maybe it is, but it really doesn't sound good.

Yet another 250w Nominal Groundhog day thread

Right, but you still have to run a cable; instead of the sensor that goes on the valve which doesn’t need a messy cable. What am I missing?

    2026 motor rumors

Don’t you have to run a sensor cable to near the rotor for that to work?

    2026 motor rumors

I can't say I've noticed anything negative on my Bullit in this regard, what would this change mean for me?

A stronger Bosch SX and improvements for the CX coming on July 14th

I just updated. Had to do a full firmware update once, then go back into the updates page and there was another ‘performance update’ waiting to be installed.

    Surrey Bike Park

It seems this is dead before arrival? Facebook page hasn’t updated since 2024, website is expired, and their insta only has one post on it.

    Anyone tried Magura Gustav Pro?

They are straight but it doesn’t take away the noise as the pad is basically rubbing against the rotor for the entire wheel rotation. They seem to be silent now after my very small adjustment anyway.

    Anyone tried Magura Gustav Pro?

Nope, bite point was solid as a rock.

    Anyone tried Magura Gustav Pro?

Gave it a go, better but not perfect. I had to slightly adjust afterwards to account for a piston that won’t retract fully. Interestingly this happens on both calipers, and it’s the same piston on both. Looking down on the caliper it’s the front/top right piston. I lubricated the front piston...

    Anyone tried Magura Gustav Pro?

I did actually buy one of those when I got the new master, fingers crossed it works.

    Anyone tried Magura Gustav Pro?

Well, I had a total brain fart yesterday and blew the master seal out of the housing on my front brake. New master arrived today and that was the easiest thing to fit ever, fair play to Magura they have done a great job with easy link. With the safety of a new master fitted I tried to take the...

    Anyone tried Magura Gustav Pro?

What method did you use to align the calipers? How much rotor truing did you have to do?

    Anyone tried Magura Gustav Pro?

After a few rides I'm really in two minds about these brakes. I love the look, the lever feel, the power, all of those are great. The noise though is insane, much worse than MT7s. So disappointing when Magura claim to have changed the pad gap for the better.

2026 Santacruz Bullit Owners - Setup - Tricks - Discussion

Wow that’s surprised me. I opened my aftermarket X2 and it comes with all four slots filled! In fact, didn’t someone in this thread earlier say they come with 8cc stock? Edit - yes in 2026 Santacruz Bullit Owners - Setup - Tricks - Discussion but someone also said they have 3 fitted from factory.

2026 Santacruz Bullit Owners - Setup - Tricks - Discussion

I fitted a factory 38 to mine so I checked with Santa Cruz UK what tune is supposed to be on the fork. They said that Santa Cruz HQ haven’t listed a specific tune so it’s probably exactly the same bought with the bike as aftermarket. Given that, when I recently had some coaching we ended up...
