    Trek EXE 2023 9.7 Issues?

@Greg Watts, and again, useless clown bot, no, I have never reported I am on my fourth motor. I am on my 1st motor and I do have over 4k miles. Odd that your comment is “take that with a grain of salt” whilst you constantly misquote and misrepresent.

Oops ! We ran into some problems

I am not familiar with how forums are managed or how bots work. Yesterday, “Greg Watts” a Bot account was interacting on Trek Fuel Exe megathread. I assumed the bot was here by design, and that was a feature of the forums. Is that what you mean by bot attacks? Are these bot accounts not...

    Trek EXE 2023 9.7 Issues?

The HPR60 was not around in 2023. And these “horror” stories if true, would be based on the tq50. Which I have. My trek exe has been unbelievably reliable. With the exception of the walk feature (which I had the same problem with the Bosch haibike). Between the local dealer and trek, any...

    Trek EXE 2023 9.7 Issues?

4th motor? A hallucinating bot at that. I am on my first motor with over 4k miles on it. Useless clown bot, please go away.

Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

on mine. I press and hold the power up until the screen says “walk” then let off the button, and then down and hold again. The 2nd down and hold engagement is the trick. However, you have to press and hold the button the whole time whilst pushing you bike up the hill. It literally kills my...

Now I wasn't expecting that: Orbea Rallon RS

I have! I’ve been very clear, I’m interested in ordering this bike. You really do need to move on. WE GET IT! You don’t like the bike. I’m interested in this bike, and any other that will come along in this genre.

Now I wasn't expecting that: Orbea Rallon RS

Scott_123 just can’t get passed that someone made a bike he doesn’t like . He feels the need to continuously come into this thread and rub his negativity. Sadly, he is wrong . Because I love the idea, the bike and the price is what it is, not like Sworks has t been in that range for a decade...

Now I wasn't expecting that: Orbea Rallon RS

I sure hope not, to keep it nimble and stealth, the smallest motor is key.

Now I wasn't expecting that: Orbea Rallon RS

After reading all the comments, I definitely see it’s a niche market, however. It’s my niche. This bike checks all the boxes for me. I can’t wait until they get past the first generation, I’m all in. Price tag is a bit steep, but not much higher than my fuel exe. I do hope that comes down a...

Now I wasn't expecting that: Orbea Rallon RS

I ride the Trek Fuel EXe for this exact reason. I want the very light, stealth, Lower power bike. I really hope other manufacturers follow this genre. This bike blows my mind. I really want one.

    Motors subject to corrosion

You need to do your homework before you post. There are water proof motors, Anything with an IP67 rating. I own one. ⬆️ I explained that in my earlier post

    Motors subject to corrosion

I get it, and know many people with the same stance. However, I wash after every ride, I clean the chain and cogs and re-lube. I can’t stand the thought of dirt grinding away at my chain every mile. My rides are usually between 15 and 21 miles a ride, in dirt and silt. My chains look brand...

    Motors subject to corrosion

It depends on what your motor is rated for. I have had two eBikes, I power wash , And I go through water crossings that submerge the entire motor. My Hybike failed at 800 miles (then new motor) and failed again 1500 miles later. My Trek Fuel EXe has 2600 miles on it, and no problems yet...

Introducing the Pivot Shuttle SL AM, powered by Bosch

I ride the Trek EXe with my buddy who has the Shuttle SL. The bikes are very similar and definitely the leaders in the SL pedal assist category. We both absolutely love the bikes. Our weekly rides are between 16 and 24 miles, the same amount, maybe a tad more than we would do on analogs. No...

Introducing the Pivot Shuttle SL AM, powered by Bosch

The SL looked so much better with the fazua motor. Hard to tell it was an e-bike. The Bosch motor, screams e-bike.

Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

I do not have the AirWiz, however, my bike came with the 2023 Lyrik Select+ (D1) with a DebonAir+ spring and Charger 3 RC damper. I did the 160mm Upgrade with Butter Cup and Charger 3.1 RCS Crown with Butter cup. ABSOLUTE game changer. I could not stand the ride of my bike stock, I was ready...
