I have had my Fuel Ex-E 9.7 for a year now and experienced that error message for the first time yesterday. I doubt it is high temperature related because my bike was on the back of the car overnight and it was 3 degrees when I started riding. I got the error code then just turned it off and on...
I have had my Trek fuel Ex-E for a year now and love it. I found this forum because I got my first error message and found useful info here. The guys at my local bike shop laughed at me and said "you don't need an e-bike"... but sold me one anyway... I discovered the dark side isn't that dark...
