Great that worked out for you(y). Don't much want a refund, would need to go buy something else and jury's out if any other motor is that much better. You hear a shit-ton of Levo failures cause they sell a shit-ton more bikes...so who knows??
Lost my second motor on my '19 Levo yesterday. No slipping, started with a slight clicking then progressively worse to sounding like a box of rocks within a hundred yards. Clutch/bearing no doubt. Had a six mile ride out with motor off, luckily most all down hill.

I dunno, that's what they offered and I of course obliged. Was able to go from a L to M too. The large was fine but the medium is a bit more nimble.
Motor slightly quieter and down shifts less harsh. I'll run this beast until the next gen comes out. The motors should just get better...in theory...

Hello everyone (y). Picked up a Levo Expert four months ago and it has changed my life. I'm 57 and with a trashed knee I've gone from riding 1-2 days to 4-5 days a week and loving it. Just shy of 700 miles to date
Done a couple cosmetic tweaks and with a 36 front ring and LSS on the rear...
